Life at Four | Almost Five!

What have you been up to little girl?
A Trip to the Science Museum - A true love of learning...Parker got to explore all things science, from the human body, outer space, and even the creepy crawlies. Ending the day with a 3-D underwater adventure at the Imax.

Party Girl - This girl is always up for a good party. Especially if there's a big creepy mouse, and lots of fun friends involved!
Happy Heart Day - Lots o' love with this one! A fun Valentine's Day with a hand made owl Valentine box, and treats for her special Valentine's.

Registered for Kindergarten!! - Parker got to visit and can't wait to start her "big kid" school. Mommy not so much. If crying in the parking lot after only signing the paperwork is any indication...the first day of actual school is going to be rough!
Haircut with My Bestie - We talked our best friend into joining us for a day at the salon. Such a handsome little man!
Leprechaun Hunting - Parker and daddy made the very best leprechaun trap. While we didn't catch the little green man, he left a few treats before he escaped.
Hoppy Easter - Egg hunting time, and this year our bestie got to join us. These two are too cute - even if the sparkly green egg was a small source of contention!
And of course, the usual egg dying and Easter bunny spoiling ensued again this year!!
First Bloody Nose...not hers: I guess the girl can throw a punch. Note: this mea culpa was to the said bestie mentioned above.
Tiptoeing Through the Tulips - Our first trip to the Wooden Shoe Tulip Festival. Beautiful tulips, and an even better looking family!

A Few of our Favorite Things:
Hobbies: Playing "officer" (i.e. cashier), "doing projects" (arts/crafts), taking selfies, reading and writing!
Food: Apples, smoothies, sloppy joe sandwiches, daddy's famous mac and cheese, Brussel sprouts, corn on the cob,  potato chips.

Parker-isms:
I'm young. -Daddy
Is young big and old? -Parker

I won't watch cartoons cuz daddy will just friggin' turn them off.

You're working like a bee going back and forth, trying to find a flower. - On mommy's frantic morning routine

I'm going to poop. You might want to back away from the toilet.

I didn't know it was called Groundhog's day. I thought it was called Mole's day. It looks like a mole.

Dinosaurs are extinct that means there's no more left. -Mommy
I'll just call them dead that's easier than saying "stinct". - Parker
