One is Fun | My 1st birthday weekend!

Parker had a great first birthday - lots of friends, family and fun!

Her weekend started by surprising Grammie and Papa at the airport. Our surprise was a success - Grammie and Papa were so unexpecting that they almost walked right by us!

The next day we got to show Grammie and Papa where mommy works. And Parker even got to sit at the Governor's desk. Does she have a future in politics?

Then it was to the carousel with Papa. I'm not sure who had more fun - Parker or Papa!?

Time for the birthday party!
We had lots of fun planning for Parker's party. Being that it was Parker's "golden" birthday  (1 on the 1st) we played off the Willy Wonka's golden ticket / candy party. While Parker will never remember the party - it's a safe bet that the adults are still on a sugar high.

We are so lucky to have such amazing people in our lives and there to share in Parker's special day. Grammie and Papa from Nebraska, Uncle Greg made the trip across the state, and all of our local friends and family - we love each and every one of you! Thank you for sharing in our 1-year old fun!!

Toddler B12NESS

Tough bizness being a toddler! ;)

It has been fun creating, and looking back on Parker's monthly blog. My tiny baby is now a toddler - it's amazing how much she has grown over these last 12 months. No longer a little bundle of cuteness, but now a little girl with a fun personality (and still crazy cute)!!

The best gifts ever from day care! Is it crazy that I can't WAIT for more of these? I'm looking forward to plastering the fridge with Parker crafts!!

Going to be a water baby - her baby tub was a perfect makeshift pool until she got a real pool for her birthday!!

One is Fun | My one-year photo shoot!

Giggles in a tutu! Parker had fun during her one-year photo shoot. We found an amazing photographer who was so patient with Parker (and her mama) and was able to capture our punkin in all of her cuteness.
