Life at Three | End of Summer Fun!

What have you been up to little girl?
First "official" mani - not just your mommy's manicure when the professionals do it!
Grammie and Papa spoilin' - Grammie and papa made their yearly road trip to Oregon for some vacation fun and granddaughter lovin! Papa brought Parker his hand-made-for-Parker-with-love Adirondack chair, and cedar chest for her dress up clothes.

Parker and Papa got some serious ups and downs at the trampoline park. I'm not sure who had more fun, Parker or Papa!

We got to spend some quality time at the coast, with a first time flying a kite, and playing in the sand.
Fishing was a key theme this trip. Parker got to perfect her cast on the pink Barbie pole with Papa and Daddy. And then she celebrated when Papa caught big fish from the ocean.
Can't forget fun at the State Fair - The animals are always a hit with the little girl, right next to the corn on the cob, and games that win you prizes!

This year, Parker was tall (and brave) enough to ride the rides. Smiles and fun all around, except the roller coaster - fear is the best descriptor...the child was terrified!
Children's Museum - Mystery and science abound...mommy and daddy were wow'ed watching that little brain at work.
Mad writin' skillz - Parker is learning to write! The memory tubs are filling up quick. Mommy can't throw away any of Parker's hard school work!
Still dancin - Fall/winter dance class has begun, 32 weeks of practice and twirls - then it's RECITAL time!

Pumpkin patch with school - First school trip to the pumpkin patch! The kiddos all got to pick a pumpkin and an apple, and snack on donuts and apple cider!
Pumpkin patch with the girls - A week later was the annual girl's trip to Roloff Farms. We had so much fun with Aunt Kimmy and Aunt "Benee" (Renee). A round of mini-golf, talking to the tiger, mastering the giant sling shot, tackling the hay pyramid and corn maze, riding Penny the Pony, and picking the perfect pumpkin. We all went home exhausted, but fulfilled of little girl fun!
A few of our favorite things:
Hobbies: singing real songs, singing made up songs, singing a lunch order, singing what she says - singing. all. the. time. dancing, doll houses, playing "office", playing mommy
Foods: Mac and cheese and hotdogs, chocolate chip pancakes, anything chocolate, Pirate Booty popcorn, yogurt raisins
Cartoons: Sheriff Callie, Jack and the Neverland Pirates, Princess Sophia
