18 months | Thankful for friends, fun, and mashed 'tatos!

What did you do this month?

 

Went crabbing at the coast! Cold weather and rain had nothing on this little girl who couldn't get enough of the water, crabs, and of course lots of fun! Not to mention...her first time in a hotel room!

 

Thanksgiving dinner with great friends! Mashed potatoes, gingerbread men, and her buddy Kolbe! Parker had a great second Thanksgiving!

Gobble Gobble!

Learned so much! This month Parker has blossomed in her talents. Her words now include - mama, dada, nana (banana), NO, no bite, BOOOW (Bullitt) - and many others that mommy and daddy just can't quite translate! She can tell you what a kitty, doggy, monkey and a bee says. And she knows how to melt your heart with her wink.

18-month likes:

- Bananas, cheese, yogurt, juice, salt and vinegar chips

- Naptime (oh wait, that's mommy - and how she gets the blog done!)

- Elvis

- Fist bumping

- "Talking" on the phone

- Reading lots of books

18-month dislikes:

- Naptime

- Hamburger

- Sitting still for a good" month old" picture!!

- Sitting still for piggies in her hair

 

One More Warner is 18 months old!

17 months | Pumpkins and fun!

 What did you do this month?

 

First trip to the pumpkin patch...first brush with fame!

Who would have thought Parker would meet two (reality) stars on her first search for a pumpkin. Aunt Kimmy came with us to Roloff Farms (Little People Big World anyone?). Upon arriving, mom Amy, was out visiting with visitors of the farm...photo op #1? Yes please!

Then it was on to the petting zoo, tour of the farm, and finally the big finale, choosing the perfect pumpkin. Along the way we also got to meet Zach and infamous pup Rocky, enter photo op #2. We had so much fun...and secretly, if you can't tell, mommy probably had the most fun of all, aaannnnd Kimmy could possibly apply for the tour guide gig, she knew more than the real one!

 

Dress up

Another Halloween down! Parker was a lil garden gnome with her flower baby. She isn't quite into trick or treating yet...not sure how much longer that will last!

New boots

Learing how to walk in them...check. Now how do these baby's dance?

 

17-month likes:

- cleaning (this mommy says...SUHWEET!!)

- stairs...up and down, up and down

- pasta, pasta, and more pasta

- JUICE

- pudding

- playing on the iPad

- dancing to Elvis

- waving

- blowing kisses

- playing dress up at daycare

- hugging her friends good-bye

17-month dislikes:

- having the iPad taken away

- daddy leaving in the morning

- uncle Jessie and uncle Austin leaving EVER!!!

- piggies in her hair (even though she's a trooper and sports them - often!)

16 months | Saying hello and good-bye

What did you do this month?

Said hello to Grammie and Papa...all the way from Nebraska!
Parker had so much fun bonding with Grammie and Papa. Once again she was spoiled perfectly rotten...a new slide and swing, trips to the State Fair, coast, carousel, and Enchanted Forest. I don't know who had more fun - Parker or her Grandparents!! Thanks for such a fun week Grammie and Papa...can't wait to see you at Christmas!!

Said good-bye to her best friend Mollie
Parker's best buddy Mollie (and mommy's favorite mommy friend Heather) are heading to California. We took a lunch break at the park so the girls could run, play, and spend some last quality baby time together. We are going to miss them so much...but can't wait f0r special playdates when they come back to visit.

Said good-bye to Great Grandma "GG" Cornell
Great Grandma Cornell passed away on Sept. 27. We are going to miss her dearly. We were so lucky to Facetime with her when she was in the hospital. Even so sick, she was able to talk to Parker - and Parker blew kisses. She was a special lady, and we will do everything we can for Parker to know her GG and what a kind soul she was. - Two letters - N.O.

 Got Pink Eye

15-month likes:

- Pushing buttons (remotes, dishwasher, television, mommy's, daddy's, Bullitt's)

- Blueberries

- Shoes (mainly mommy and daddy's flip flops!)

 - Daycare (toys, teachers, and friends!!)

- GOLDFISH!!

Bullitt is finding a liking for them as well ;)

- Spinning in circles

This is what happens after a long nap and full belly!

 - Moisturize, Moisturize, Moisturize

It's never too early to start your beauty routine.

- Not getting her way

- Still being told NO

- Long rides in her car seat
