Life at Three | Keeping Busy!

Officially a three year old, promoting from a toddler to a beautiful little girl.

What have you been up to little girl?
Master the tri-cycle -  She did it, she learned how to pedal!
Partied with her best friend - Parker's best friend turned three and Parker was there to celebrate. Scoring major sweets from the piƱata, and catching a ride on the bike - these two are just too cute...and he's quite the little gentleman!
Moved to Pre-1 - Moved up another room in daycare from Beginners to Pre-1. Every new class, brings more fun and more "big kid activities". Trips to the capitol splash pad, walking vs. riding in the parade, swim lessons...more independence. As you can imagine, that independence comes right on home...she can do everything "by herself"!!
Swimming Lessons - Every Tuesday morning, Parker and her class head down to the pool for swimming lessons. Mommy has snuck in a few times to watch. Not a big fan of putting her face in the water, but loves to float and splash her friends.

Forth of July - Starting with a special school lunch, and a mini-fireworks show at home. The grand finale, the parade in Independence ("Mommy, they throw CANDY!!!")  Imagine her surprise when she saw daddy in the parade - really, he just went to get water, then started walking the parade route, he owned it! Oh daddy!!!
Three-year Check-up - Yep, she's a healthy little girl. Passed with flying colors, and didn't hate the Doctor AS much this year! Ready to take on the world!
Art Fair Parade - Walking in the children's fair to open the art fair, then a music show and treats. What a fun day...for Parker too! ;)
Dance Class - Started her career in ballet. I'm not sure there is anything much cuter then a bunch of little girls in ballet skirts learning to do the flamingo walk! Parker is just finishing up summer classes, then it's on to fall/winter, and mommy's greatest excitement - RECITAL!!
Bite and Brew of Salem - Yes, another brewfest - only this one had bouncy houses, watermelon, and Footloose!
Pool time - We upgraded from the baby wading pool to something Parker could really play in, and mommy too! There has been hours in the pools with floaties, and "saving the pools toys". Parks loves summer fun!!

County Fair - A trip to the fair to love on some fair animals - goats, sheep, bunnies, roosters, and turtles. Then we hit the booths to get the swag: Home Depot-Junior Fireman-Pig-Girl anyone?
A few of our favorite things:
Hobbies: swimming, singing Frozen, dancing, singing Frozen, dress-up, singing Frozen, mani's/pedi's, singing Frozen

Foods: watermelon, cantaloupe, macaroni and cheese and hot dogs, apple sauce squeeze pouches, "pirate booty popcorn"
Songs: Frozen's "Let It Go", Frozen's "Love is an Open Door", Frozen's "Build a Snowman" - anyone seeing a theme here? Oh and "I Like to Move It, Move It" - NOT from Frozen, weird!

Parker-ism's
"Seriously?!"
"If teacher says I'm good, I get prib-el-eges" (Parker speak for privileges)
"Daddy, stay out of the bathroom. That's privacy." (Meanwhile, she busts in no matter who is in there!)
"Beautiful princesses don't ____________" (insert anything that she doesn't want to do here!)

Parker Poses
With the nice weather, Parker likes to switch up her morning pictures - from in front of the fridge, to on the front step.
Just Being Parker
